Tea bags signal a change toward ease for mothers already familiar with Earth Mama Angel Baby teas, since the USDA Certified 100% Organic herbal blends had previously been packed loose in recyclable PET plastic jars. In keeping with the company's sustainability mission, tea bags were not an option until an earth-friendly bag and packaging could be found. Now packaged in 100% recycled/recyclable boxes, with 35% post-consumer recycled paper, the tea bags are biodegradable, and even the tea overwrap is completely compostable. The packaging is produced using wind energy and the teas are all Kosher certified by Earth Kosher.
