 Meet our new experts! We’re delighted to have two new experts to add to our esteemed Expert Panel. First, please welcome pregnancy and post-natal fitness and nutrition expert Birgitta Lauren. Author of Expecting Fitness, and inventor of the pregnant-hip-saving Lauren Rotation, Birgitta was able to answer an important question about safe exercise during pregnancy.
Our second expert this month is a specialist in parent-child bonding who helps parents find their own “inner wisdom.” Dr. Laura Markham is a founder of YourParentingSolutions.com and is a renowned speaker on parenting issues.
