We love the thankful season here at Earth Mama Angel Baby. We get to sit down with family and friends and reflect on the year' s blessings and gifts before the real bustle of the holidays starts. A lovely tradition around here, and one we' d love to share with you if you' d like to start your own, is to light a candle and say why we are thankful for each person sitting around the table with us. It connects us to each other and lets us consider the blessings that abound in simple daily life.

We are thankful for the mamas and babies that continually inspire and encourage us in our work to make the process of pregnancy and childbirth a calm and joyous experience. This month we are especially thankful to Pam Udy, from ICAN, who sat down with us to talk about her passionate work to educate women about Cesarean Sections and VBAC options.

ICAN: Advocates for C-Section Education and Healthy Childbirth Options
